脓毒症急性胃肠损伤的中医集束化治疗：一项多中心、随机对照研究

Objective:Currentconventionaltreatmentsforsepsisassociatedwithacutegastrointestinalinjury(AGI)havelimitedefficacy.ThisstudyaimedtostudytraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)bundletherapy(basedonTCMsyndromedifferentiation)asadd-ontoconventionaltreatmentsontheincidenceofAGIandontheprognosisofpatientswithsepsis.

目的：目前常规治疗脓毒症合并急性胃肠道损伤（AGI）疗效有限。本研究旨在探讨以中医辨证论治为基础的中药集束化治疗对脓毒症患者AGI发生率及预后的影响。

Design:Thiswasaprospectivemulticenterrandomizedsingle-blindcontrolledtrial.

设计：本研究为前瞻性多中心随机单盲对照试验。

Setting:Intensivecareunits(ICUs)offiveuniversityteachinghospitalsinZhejiangProvince(China)fromDecembertoDecember.

单位：年12月至年12月期间浙江省5医院重症监护室（ICU）。
